Kimchi Fried Rice
In an oiled pan, stir-fry leeks first and then stir-fry kimchi. Add soy sauce and sugar.
When the kimchi turns brown, add rice. Keep stir-frying for 2 more minutes.
Plate the fried rice and place an egg on top.
*Adding ham is a great way to add extra flavor!

- Sliced Jongga Kimchi 100 g
- O’Food Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce 10 ml
- Sugar 10 g
