Kimchi Fried Rice


  • In an oiled pan, stir-fry leeks first and then stir-fry kimchi. Add soy sauce and sugar.

  • When the kimchi turns brown, add rice. Keep stir-frying for 2 more minutes.

  • Plate the fried rice and place an egg on top.

    *Adding ham is a great way to add extra flavor!
