Pork Skewers with Stir Fry Kimchi
Place all ingredients except kimchi, oil and sliced onions in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Thread the meat onto skewers.
Place a skillet over medium heat with oil.
Add onions and cook for 3 minutes.
Add kimchi and sauté until it turns slightly yellow (about 3 minutes).
Grill the pork skewers and serve with kimchi.
- Minced pork 400 g
- Finely chopped onions 30 g
- Finely chopped garlic 15 g
- Finely chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- O’Food gochujang 30 g
- Dry white wine 10 ml
- Canola oi 10 ml
- Sliced onions 50 g
- Jongga Kimchi 150 g
