Spicy Braised Chicken with Kimchi

Directions
Blanch the chicken in hot water and rinse in cold water to remove any impurities and excess fat.
Mix the chicken and Gochujang Galbi Marinade Sauce in a large bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
Place the marinated chicken and kimchi in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
As soon as it starts to boil, reduce to a simmer and add potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes, while stirring until the potatoes are soft.
Add onions and cook for 5 more minutes.
Plate the dish and garnish with scallions.
