Spicy Braised Chicken with Kimchi


  • Blanch the chicken in hot water and rinse in cold water to remove any impurities and excess fat.

  • Mix the chicken and Gochujang Galbi Marinade Sauce in a large bowl and refrigerate for an hour.

  • Place the marinated chicken and kimchi in a pot with water and bring to a boil.

  • As soon as it starts to boil, reduce to a simmer and add potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes, while stirring until the potatoes are soft.

  • Add onions and cook for 5 more minutes.

  • Plate the dish and garnish with scallions.
