Directions
Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
Melt 20g of butter in a suitable pan and cook the onions for about 3 minutes.
Add diced bacon and kimchi to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the wine in the pan and let it evaporate.
Pour cream and season with salt and black pepper. Keep cooking for 10 minutes at low heat.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to the package instruction.
When the pasta is ready, drain and then mix with sauce and parmesan cheese.
Melt the rest of the butter in an oven dish.
Place the pasta into the oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
