Directions

  • Place all ingredients except kimchi, oil and sliced onions in a bowl and mix well.

  • Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

  • Thread the meat onto skewers.

  • Place a skillet over medium heat with oil.

  • Add onions and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Add kimchi and sauté until it turns slightly yellow (about 3 minutes).

  • Grill the pork skewers and serve with kimchi.

Ingredients

  • Minced pork 400 g
  • Finely chopped onions 30 g
  • Finely chopped garlic 15 g
  • Finely chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • O’Food gochujang 30 g
  • Dry white wine 10 ml
  • Canola oi 10 ml
  • Sliced onions 50 g
  • Jongga Kimchi 150 g
